All Laser repairs now carry 6 Month Warranty

We now only purchase Games Console Lasers that have been pre-tested. The benefit is that we have less warranty returns and less bench testing returns

For this reason we are able to offer a Six Month Warranty on the laser. This is especially good news if you require a laser for the Playstation 3

Postal Repair Procedure

1 Click on the Postal Repair Button

2 On the Postal Repair form select your Console, IPOD, or Mobile Phone

3 Fill in your contact details

4 Provide a brief description of the fault that you have with your item

5 Print off the Postal Repair Form

6 Back Up any personal data you have on the item

7 Remove any Memory Cards, SIM Cards, Games Discs or Cartridges

8 Wrap up the item securely enclosing the repair form inside the package

9 Post your item using a traceable service either Recorded Delivery or special delivery ensuring that you have adequate insurance

 

 

Free Console Fault Finding Inspection Service We offer a free, no obligation inspection Service. Just bring or post your console that needs to be repaired to our workshop and our engineers will carry out a full inspection. Once we have inspected your faulty console our engineer will contact you with an repair cost. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair then you are free to collect the console from our workshop or pay for postage of the console back to you

All repaired consoles are Bench Tested once your console is repaired we bench test it to ensure it will perform well once you get it home. We put your console through its paces to check that it can perform like new If the console does not pass our bench test then we do not charge you for the repair

All repaired consoles carry a three month warranty For peace of mind we provide you with a written guarantee providing a three month warranty for parts and labour - Lasers are provided with a six month warranty on parts
